Both monitors need a driver installed before the screens work. Install it first, then connect.

Steps

  1. Install the driver for your model.
  2. Plug the included power supply into the monitor and an outlet (18.5": 100W; others: 65W).
  3. Connect the monitor to your laptop with one USB-C cable.
  4. Arrange the three displays in your display settings.

Lost the USB key? Contact us and we'll help you get the right driver.

Steps

  1. Install the driver from the included USB key.
  2. Connect the monitor to your laptop's USB-C port. Without USB-C, use two USB 3.0 cables (data + power).
  3. If the screens flicker or stay dark, connect the second cable to a USB 3.0 port for extra power.
  4. Unfold the screens, set the kickstand and arrange displays in settings.
